• Background or criminal history of any caregiver
• The availability or performance of any caregiver

All connections, interviews, and agreements are conducted at your own discretion and responsibility. We strongly recommend conducting your own interviews and reference checks, reviewing relevant labor laws before hiring, and using a licensed agency for sponsorship or long-term hiring.

3. Sponsorship & Legal Employment

It is your responsibility to ensure that the caregiver you choose is legally permitted to work in Saudi Arabia. This may involve:

• Transferring sponsorship through proper channels
• Hiring through a registered domestic worker agency
• Complying with Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD) regulations
