1. Our Role

Rufy.care is a platform that helps families discover and connect with independent caregivers (nannies, domestic helpers, etc.). We do not employ, sponsor, or contract caregivers directly. We do not take part in the negotiation, hiring, or employment process.

2. User Responsibility

As a user (family or caregiver), you are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws
• Ensuring any employment or sponsorship is done legally, either by direct sponsorship or through a licensed third-party agency
• Conducting your own due diligence, including background checks and interviews
• Ensuring that any agreement between you and another user (such as work terms or salary) is documented properly

3. Caregiver Verification

While we review and verify profiles before publication, we do not guarantee:

• The authenticity or accuracy of all caregiver details
• Their availability, legal status, or work eligibility

We encourage families to conduct their own checks and interviews before making any decisions.

4. No Guarantees or Employment

Rufy.care is not responsible for:

• The actions or performance of any caregiver or family
• Any disputes, injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of your engagement with a caregiver or family
• Any visa, residency, or sponsorship matters

We do not offer legal or employment advice. Please consult with a lawyer or authorized agency if unsure.

5. Membership & Payments

Rufy offers a paid membership that grants you access to:

• Direct contact with verified caregivers
• View complete profiles with photos and videos
• Post job listings to receive applications from caregivers

Additional services are available for separate fees, including:

• Comprehensive background checks (criminal records, employment verification, reference checks)
• Additional verification services

All payments are non-refundable once access is granted or service is delivered. Access is valid for the period stated at purchase.

6. Content & Behavior

You agree to:

• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully
• Avoid sharing false information or misrepresenting yourself
• Not solicit illegal services or employment

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate our policies.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
